At the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE) in November, more than 1,500 experts and thought leaders from around the world gathered in Doha, Qatar to share solutions to the most pressing challenges facing education. The summit's theme—Imagine-Create-Learn: Creativity at the Heart of Education—highlighted how in our interconnected world, we can accelerate progress by learning from each other’s experiences and creative solutions.
This month saw the launch of the Teach For All-Oak Foundation Learning Differences Fellowship, an intitiative designed to ensure that all educators across the network have the knowledge, skills, and mindsets to hold all students to high expectations and support them in reaching their full potential.
Teach For All is excited to announce the network-wide release of our new Partner Learning Portal on Tuesday, July 29.
Each year, Teach For All partners invest an enormous amount of energy into identifying their countries’ outstanding graduates and young professionals through targeted recruitment and rigorous selection. The 2013-2014 school year marked Teach For Belgium’s first recruitment and selection cycle. This September, 31 Teach For Belgium participants will begin teaching in classrooms and launch their life-long journey to improve educational opportunities for all Belgian students.
