Charlie Kennard

What are you leading?

I am leading East London Arts and Music: a 16-19 school which specializes in Music, Film and Games Design based in London. Graded Outstanding by Ofsted in 2017

How did your experiences as a fellow inspire or prepare you for what you’re doing now?

I was surrounded by the most amazing people with the most amazing experience which always encouraged me to raise my expectations and do things I otherwise wouldn’t have thought possible with my kids and my school.

What's next?

Continue to grow and develop ELAM into a model of vocational education internationally.
