Kristi Klaasmägi was appointed CEO of Noored Kooli in January 2013. Before joining the Noored Kooli team, Kristi worked for the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship, a 10-month long study and professional experience program for mid-career professionals from developing countries all over the world, at the Institute of International Education in Washington, DC. There, Kristi developed a thorough understanding of the management and development of educational exchange programs.
Before moving to the United States, Kristi worked for the Estonian liberal political party, Reformierakond, as well as for a minister representing the party in the Estonian government. She is also a founding member of the youth movement of Reformierakond.
Kristi is a mother of two young children and lives with her family in Tallinn, Estonia.
