Sprout to be Teach is a Teach For Belgium alumni event organized every year since 2017. Teach For All's Research Virtual Conference is our network's largest annual convening to discuss the latest innovations in research from across our network. The event will occur from July 13th to July 15th, 2021, and registration will open in June. While the conference is still in the planning phase, we are currently accepting proposals from network partner staff and alumni for session submissions on current, past, or prospective research projects including individual presentations, partner-led workshops, until Friday, May 14.

This event will draw partners together from across the network to learn from exciting innovations in research around the total impact of the Teach For All approach and engage in dialogue with expert researchers. The theme of this year’s conference is "Accelerating Progress toward Total Impact". Total impact refers to evidence of both progress and innovations of Teach For All network partners in impacting communities and systems, collective leadership, and students and classrooms.

The conference is open to any network partner staff, alumni, or current participants who are interested to learn about current, past, and prospective research projects from partners, alumni, external researchers.

This event will be a three-day virtual conference with ~5 hours of content each day and Teach For All will organize both translation and simultaneous interpretation for select languages other than English based on need.

Commonwealth Professional Fellowship 2022: Girls’ Education are for mid-career professionals from low- and middle-income countries to spend a period of time at a UK Host organization working in their sector for a programme of professional development. To provide professionals with the opportunity to enhance knowledge and skills in their given sector, and to have catalytic effects on their workplaces.

In 2021/22, the CSC will be running a special Professional Fellowship programme promoting Girls’ Education as part of the UK government’s ambitious initiatives to get 40 million more girls in primary and secondary school in developing countries by 2025 and improve learning levels, so girls can achieve their full potential.

The programme will fund up to 25 fellows (in total), in up to five different host organizations, all of whom will be chosen through a competitive selection process. In celebration of this one-year programme additional funding will be provided to each host to hold an event for all the fellows taking part in the scheme.

The Girls’ Education Fellowships are designed to begin on January 15th , 2022. 

  • Applications for Host organizations open on May 24th, 2021 and close on June, 21st 2021
  • Applications for Fellows will open in early July 2021
