Jihad Hassan Shojaeha is a highly accomplished education professional with a master's degree in Social Studies and a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Birzeit University. With a robust background in implementing innovative educational programs, he has excelled as a Training Specialist at Al-Rajaa Organization, focusing on nurturing life skills and 21st-century competencies among students, educators, and parents in Jerusalem. Additionally, as the CEO and Founder of The Palestinian Initiative for Supporting Students (Esnad), Jihad initiated impactful programs addressing poverty through education and vocational training while encouraging youth empowerment via scholarships and volunteerism. His diverse training roles with renowned organizations such as World Vision and GIZ have significantly contributed to youth development, employability, technology integration in education, and advocacy across various communities in Palestine and the MENA region. His achievements include receiving the Ashoka Award for Social Innovation and the Takreem Award for Innovation in Education, highlighting his unwavering commitment to educational empowerment and positive societal change.
