Diyora Mamadalieva
Diyora brings extensive experience in partnerships, resource mobilization, and project management across the international development and public sectors in Uzbekistan. Prior to leading Teach For Uzbekistan, Diyora served as Director of Communications, Training and Mentoring, and International Partnerships at "Hamroh" – Women's Entrepreneurship Support Company, where she led a multi-functional department overseeing donor relations, budgeting, PR strategy and strategic partnerships with international organizations. Earlier in her career, Diyora worked at national and international NGOs and held roles at the Ministry of Employment and Labour Relations and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
Diyora holds a Bachelor of Arts in World Politics from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and studied Global Studies at the University of Vienna and Leipzig University. She speaks Uzbek, Russian, English, and German.
Throughout her career, Diyora has been committed to advancing gender equality, women's empowerment, and girls' education, and it is this belief that every child deserves access to quality education regardless of their background that shapes her vision for Teach For Uzbekistan.
