On December 9, 2025 our global community came together to reflect and honor the resilience and care that continue to shape our collective work, even in the most challenging times. Through powerful reflections and solution-driven innovations shared in the 12th annual Network Breakthroughs, the event reaffirmed that our diverse community is grounded in a shared commitment to building a more just and equitable world and ensuring that every child has the education, support, and opportunity to shape a better future.

2023 Teach For All Global Conference
In October 2023, more than 600 members or our global community gathered in Nairobi, Kenya for the Teach For All Global Conference. Together, we explored the theme Learning From Africa: Developing Students as Leaders at a three-day event co-hosted by Teach For Kenya, the network partners across Sub-Saharan Africa, and Teach For All.

Our annual Global Conference is an opportunity to learn and reflect together as a global community of staff members, participants, alumni, students, supporters, and allies of Teach For All network partners. From October 27-30, 2021 we explored the question “What leadership do we need now?” and considered how to develop this leadership to create a more equitable, inclusive world.
