Federico Eisner

Senior Partner, Bain & Company

Federico Eisner is a Senior Partner and a leading member of Bain’s Global Consumer Products and Strategy practices. He has more than 25 years of experience in consulting with Bain, across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. Since January 2023, Federico has been based in London, with his new global leadership role at Bain. Federico works with CEOs, boards, and executive teams, heading projects that address strategy, digital, marketing, go-to-market, M&A, operations, and org redesign.

Within Bain, Federico is the founder and former office head of Bain in Buenos Aires and has held multiple roles developing its people. He was a Trainer in all global Training programs at Bain, a member of the Regional Partner Promotions Committee, a leader of the Bisson Rodrigues Award committee for most outstanding Consultant, and a prolific Mentor and Advisor to many Bainies and Alumni.

Federico has been significantly active with Social Impact work. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Enseñá for Argentina for ten years, co-founder and director of the Council of “Argentinos por la Educación,” a Mentor in Endeavor, and a member of the TEDxRiodelaPlata advisory board team. He is also the co-founder of MOVER — “Movimento pela Equidade Racial,” a coalition of 47 leading companies in Brazil, which accelerates the leadership positions of Black people in Brazil.

Beyond Bain, Federico is the host and producer of the podcast “Escaladores”, with a first series of 25 episodes on the most successful scaling story in Latin America. He is also a sixth-time runner of the
100Km and +4,500m elevation gain 3-day race, “El Cruce”, in Patagonia. Before joining Bain, he was the CEO of a start-up in the finance space. Federico holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from Columbia University. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Italian. Married to Andrea, he is a father of a son and three daughters.
