Ana Montosa is the Co-founder and CEO of Ensina Brasil. In addition to her experience across nearly all areas of the organization, she has also held two notable roles as a Strategy Consultant at Kearney and as a Strategy and Investment Consultant at Imaginable Futures.

Ana earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP and a Master’s in Educational Policy from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Education, where she was a Lemann Fellow. She is also a proud member of the Lemann Foundation’s Leaders Network.
