What if we worked together to redesign classrooms, schools, and education systems to develop students as leaders of a better future?
Inequitable education systems prevent millions of children from fulfilling their potential. Together, we can change this. Teach For All is launching the Global Institute to catalyze collective, cross-cultural learning about how to develop all students—in particular those in the most marginalized communities—as leaders of a more just, equitable, and sustainable future.
The Global Institute will connect, challenge, and inspire a diverse network of classroom, school, and system leaders around the world through its four complementary components:
Academy
An annual program of courses and workshops in which diverse cohorts learn and share with one another, assisted by our global faculty, about how to transform classrooms, schools, and systems

A participatory platform for global learning that brings together researchers and practitioners to generate evidence and insight about how to transform education to grow all students as leaders

Outreach and Engagement
The Global Institute partners with other global education actors seeking to shift the purpose and practices of education systems globally by:
- AMPLIFYING: Raising awareness for change and commitment by elevating the voices of educators, students, and others who are working to transform schools and systems
- COLLABORATING: Building strategic partnerships and engaging in collaborative research, learning, and advocacy to improve the conditions in classrooms, schools, and communities so students have the education, support, and opportunity to shape a better future
- CONVENING: Designing, convening, and contributing to spaces where education leaders from around the world come together to build relationships, learn from and with each other, and set common agendas
Global Forum for Shaping a Better Future
The Global Forum for Shaping a Better Future is an intimate gathering of visionary leaders from around the world to connect, collectively investigate and learn from classroom, school, and system-wide insights and innovations that are shifting the purpose of education systems toward holistic student outcomes, and consider together the global agenda for strengthening education systems.
