An alumnus of Teach First's inaugural cohort in 2003, Ed Vainker's experience teaching inspired him to "spend my career seeking to make Britain a more just country and ensure that opportunity was spread equally." Ed co-founded Reach Academy Feltham in 2012 and served as Principal until 2018. Today he is the CEO of the Reach Foundation, which is developing a Cradle to Career model in Feltham.
