Teaching As Collective Leadership is an actionable and locally customizable framework for developing teachers who in turn develop students holistically as leaders. Created by identifying patterns across transformational classrooms worldwide, the framework is designed to inspire constructive reflection and spark innovation in teacher selection, training, and support.

In an era in which climate change and environmental risks are the daily reality for children around the world, the Climate Education and Leadership initiative aims to help bring high-quality, community-based environmental sustainability education to every school. In addition, the initiative cultivates leadership at all levels to support the advancement of climate education and its integration into school curricula.

Gender-based barriers continue to prevent girls from achieving their potential in classrooms and communities, with a significant impact on their life outcomes. The Girls’ Education initiative synthesizes and shares locally rooted and globally informed practices to advance gender equity, while fostering collaboration to close the gender gap in education.

The Community Impact Lab partners with hundreds of leaders across the Teach For All network to collaboratively explore how to grow collective leadership in order to transform education at scale. Through its research and learning experiences, the Lab explores how to foster leadership across an ecosystem to bring faster and more sustainable change.
