In November, Enseñá por Argentina celebrated its 15th anniversary in an emotional gathering that brought together prominent allies, government officials, members of the educational community, Profesionales de Enseñá por Argentina (PExAs), and alumni.

To celebrate this anniversary, Enseñá por Argentina presented the book Historias que hacen historia (Stories That Make History), a recounting of stories that reflect the power of collective leadership and its impact on thousands of students and communities through the testimony of those who have been part of its mission.

The book's foreword was written by Wendy Kopp, Co-founder and CEO of Teach For All, who underscored the importance of collective leadership as a driver of change: “Progress in education comes from ‘collective leadership,’ a shared commitment from the classroom to the Ministry to fosters student learning and development through collaborative networks. Enseñá por Argentina, as part of our global network, shows us how this collective leadership can transform the education system, empowering teachers, leaders, and policymakers. The key to an inclusive and sustainable future lies in investing not only in technical practices, but in the human power that drives a constant improvement of the education system.”

Verónica Cipriota, Executive Director of the organization, closed the event with an inspiring message: “Throughout these 15 years, at Enseñá por Argentina we have witnessed the transformative impact of committed collective leadership. Our mission to reduce educational inequity has been strengthened thanks to allies, educators, and communities that share this purpose. Looking ahead, we will continue to support leadership development in every student, PExA, and alumni to build quality education that transforms lives. Together, we will work tirelessly for a fairer Argentina, where educational equity is a tangible reality.”

In addition to commemorating Enseñá por Argentina’s achievements, the book Historias que hacen historia seeks to inspire new generations and allies to join its mission, reaffirming the vision of a future where every child in Argentina has access to quality education and the possibility of building a more inclusive and equitable country.

Since its foundation 15 years ago, Enseñá por Argentina has supported the development of more than 400 educational leaders, trained more than 2,000 teachers, and reached more than 150,000 students throughout the country.
