We're excited to announce that Stellantis Philanthropy and Teach For All are launching a new partnership to prepare students around the world with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to thrive and shape meaningful careers in an evolving economy.

By leveraging Teach For All’s extensive global network and Stellantis Philanthropy’s commitment to championing quality education for younger generations, this collaboration seeks to bridge the gap between education and the world of work and to enable teachers to grow students as leaders equipped to shape a better future for themselves and all of us.

Students today face an increasingly complex landscape of technological advancements, economic shifts, and environmental challenges. To succeed, they need to attain both academic mastery and develop resilience, critical thinking, and exposure to career pathways that will enable them to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Through this partnership, Stellantis Philanthropy will support Teach For All’s Future of Work initiative, which helps teachers integrate career-focused learning into classrooms, providing students with hands-on experiences and access to mentorship, career guidance, and industry insights. Together, the two organizations will work to:

  • Expand career readiness education, helping students understand and access opportunities in industries like mobility, technology, and engineering
  • Equip teachers with tools and resources to integrate future-focused skills into their classrooms
  • Develop new learning experiences that expose students to real-world challenges and innovative solutions

A fundamental shared priority the two organizations have identified is addressing the growing need for STEM career education. Research indicates that students who engage with career-focused experiences early on are significantly more likely to secure stable, fulfilling employment. However, access to these opportunities remains unequal, particularly for students from marginalized and under-resourced communities.

Teach For All’s Future of Work initiative is designed to address this inequity by providing teachers working in schools in under-resourced communities with the resources and networks needed to connect classroom learning with career pathways. Stellantis Philanthropy’s support will help expand these efforts, ensuring that more students, regardless of where they live, have access to industry insights, role models, and hands-on learning experiences.

“As a responsible corporate citizen, Stellantis is dedicated to sharing its values, knowledge, and resources through impactful philanthropic actions and believes education is the cornerstone of progress and empowerment,” said Lottie Holland, Stellantis Vice President - Diversity, Inclusion, Engagement & EEO Compliance.

“Our partnership with Stellantis Philanthropy will help teachers empower students with the skills, mindsets, and opportunities they need to succeed—not just in their careers, but as leaders in their communities. We’re grateful to Stellantis Philanthropy for sharing this vision with us, and helping Teach For All achieve its mission,” remarked Mariana Franco, Head of Global Corporate Partnerships at Teach For All.
