Caroline de Cartier
After studying Business Engineering, Caroline worked at Deloitte before joining the French non-profit association IECD, where she worked on a variety of development projects in Africa, the Middle-East, and Asia. In 2016, Caroline returned to Belgium and joined Ashoka as Program Manager, where she was in charge of education, finances and human resources.
In addition to her professional experience in education, training, and project management, throughout her career Caroline has been active in a number of social initiatives. She co-founded the Jeugd Parlement Jeunesse, participated in the Nederlandskot in Louvain-la-Neuve, and, more recently, co-founded the start-up Frinder which addresses food waste.
