Having held several senior and leadership roles throughout a career spanning over two decades in the corporate world, Iulia is a fervent supporter of self-growth and development. Iulia’s latter years in her corporate roles were a turning point for her, as she discovered that her heart was longing for another level of life experience besides the career growth. At that point, she become a Professional Certified Coach and Mentor, building and running the Coaching Academy Program, and assisting many people and organizations in transformational journeys. During this time, she met the Teach For Romania team and was instantly attracted by the organization's mission. Iulia joined the team as CEO in 2019.
