The two-year, employment-based programme offers a fully funded Postgraduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching, allowing participants to teach in partner schools with expert mentorship and support from Ako Mātātupu.

Today, the Teach First NZ Programme has a 90 percent graduation rate, with over 85% of graduates continuing to teach in the communities they serve. Liam is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
