What happens when education leaders from across Europe come together to question, learn, and grow as leaders? The Europe Alumni Leadership Fellowship brings together 30 alumni from across the Teach For All network's Europe region for a seven-month journey of leadership development, peer learning, reflection, and connection. For these alumni, the journey has meant navigating moments of uncertainty, questioning their direction, discovering their own leadership styles, and gaining new perspectives on the challenges facing education across Europe. But perhaps most importantly, it has meant finding one another. Through deep conversations and shared experiences, they have discovered that they are not alone in the challenges they face—and that meaningful change doesn't depend on one person having all the answers. It takes people coming together around a collective vision, learning from one another, and finding the next step together.
