As a Teach For India fellow, Mayank Lodha taught 72 students from a very-low income community. He was inspired by their determination to show up to school and strive for learning despite their challenges, understanding that education extended well beyond the classroom.  As an alumnus, he’s sought out roles across various levels of the government, including district, state, and national levels in order to have a “cascading impact” on the education system. Through his work, Mayank strives to build the capacity of various government institutions and to create ecosystems that are supportive of families and communities with the greatest needs.
