Across the world, teachers and employers are grappling with how to ensure that every child and young person builds the broader skills to thrive in education and employment to ensure a bright future. The Skills Builder approach has been adopted by more than 800 organizations globally, as a common language and roadmap to make sense of eight critical skills: teamwork, leadership, creativity, problem solving, speaking, listening, aiming high, and staying positive. This session introduce d the approach and shared case studies illustrating how Teach For All network partners, teachers, and employers who hire young people have helped to transform the essential skills of their students.
