This spring, staff members from Teach For All network partners including Teach For Armenia, Teach For Austria, Teach For Belgium, Enseña Chile, Teach For India, Teach For Malaysia, Empieza por Educar (Spain), and Teach First (UK) came together in Bengaluru, India to share insights and ideas for how to inspire, incubate, and accelerate the impact and leadership of alumni social entrepreneurs in their countries. The event was designed both to foster a strong community of colleagues who will continue to learn from and with each other, and to build its attendees' knowledge of how network partners in diverse contexts are supporting alumni innovators and consider how these methods can be adapted in their own countries.

Throughout the four-day event, participants presented and discussed their organizations' approaches to  supporting alumni social entrepreneurship, explored tools for supporting and measuring their alumni innovators' progress, and immersed themselves in Teach For India’s program for nurturing  social innovation through a full-day visit to its InnovatED National Summit for alumni social innovators. They also spent time considering the need for social entrepreneurs to engage members of the communities whose challenges their innovations are addressing in their work, and to consider their initiatives from the perspective of diversity, equity, and inclusivity.
