While there has been more talk about trauma since the COVID-19 crisis began, it has always been present for many of the students we teach and the families. and communities we partner with—and for teachers as well, although it is often not named or acknowledged. This session features  the CEOs of multiple organizations discussing how they are addressing the presence of collective or intergenerational trauma in their contexts, what’s challenging about it, and how they are working to heal.
