Teach For All is thrilled to welcome Federico Eisner and Frances Lim to our Board of Directors.

Federico Eisner is a Senior Partner and a leading member of Bain’s Global Consumer Products and Strategy practices. He has more than 25 years of experience in consulting with Bain, across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. Federico is also a longtime member of our global network, having served as Chairman of the Board of Enseñá for Argentina for ten years. He is also significantly active in the social sector through his work as co-founder and director of the Council of “Argentinos por la Educación,” a Mentor in Endeavor, a member of the TEDxRiodelaPlata advisory board team, and as the co-founder of MOVER (Movimento pela Equidade Racial) - a coalition of 47 leading companies in Brazil which accelerates the leadership positions of Black people in Brazil.

“I have had the privilege of being a first-hand witness of the high impact of Enseñá por Argentina’s alumni and team, and the alumni and team of Teach For All network partners in the region,” Federico commented, adding that he looks forward to “working together across all the network, and helping the teams at the center and in each country to accelerate the impact at a global scale.”

Frances Lim is a Managing Director and Head of Asia Macro on KKR’s Global Macro, Balance Sheet and Risk team. She also leads portfolio management and asset allocation for KKR’s Strategic Partnership effort (KSPI). Prior to joining KKR, she was a vice president at Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) and a member of the Global Macro and Asset Allocation team, focusing on macro trends and top-down global analysis. She also worked as an equity strategist at Fortress Investment Group and Morgan Stanley Equity Research.

Frances said that she is “thrilled to be a part of the Teach For All family and feel extremely lucky for the opportunity to serve on the Board.” She also noted that, “It is truly an honor to be a part of a community that is unleashing the superpower of education as a bridge across all divides and I am excited to engage!”

Teach For All CEO Wendy Kopp shared her enthusiasm for these appointments: “I’m so grateful for the ongoing service of Federico Eisner, whose decade as chair of one of our network partners and engagement across Teach For All has already generated new energy and resources for our work in Argentina, the Latin American region, and the network at large. And I’m also thrilled about Frances Lim’s new commitment to our work. Her financial expertise, skills in forecasting the future, and life experience in overcoming educational inequity will bring much-needed perspective to our finance committee and to our Board at large.”

We look forward to benefiting from Federico and Frances’ vast experience and their global cross-sector perspectives. Please join us in welcoming them to our Board of Directors!
